Meet our team
The people behind Asteron.
Different responsibilities, one shared approach: realistic evaluation, clear communication and direct knowledge of the student-athlete pathway.
BASKETBALL PROFILE EVALUATION
Houston plays college basketball at Franklin College and knows the day-to-day experience of a U.S. student-athlete firsthand. At Asteron, he evaluates basketball players and helps create their recruiting profiles.
RECRUITING MANAGER · ITALY
Elia leads Asteron’s recruiting activities in Italy. His relationship with Rodolfo extends beyond their professional collaboration and is built on a long-standing personal connection.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
One team, clearly defined responsibilities.
Each request is directed to the person whose experience best matches the athlete’s sport and situation, while the team keeps the evaluation and communication process coordinated.
