How this site handles requests.
A factual description of the current contact flow.
Current form behavior
If you choose “Send request by email,” the website server sends the form details to the relevant Asteron mailbox. If you choose WhatsApp, a message opens for you to review and send yourself. A technical control limits repeated submissions.
Requests concerning minors
When the athlete is a minor, the request is stored temporarily while the parent or legal guardian decides whether to authorize it. The guardian receives a personal link to accept or decline. If authorization is declined, the temporarily stored request is deleted. If it is accepted, Asteron and the contacts indicated in the form receive confirmation. One reminder may be sent after seven days; the request expires after fourteen days if no decision is received.
Data you choose to send
Your request may contain contact details, sporting and school information, goals, video links, or coach requirements. Send only information needed for the first conversation. Do not send complete school records, identity documents, medical data, or visa documents through the public form.
External services, Analytics, and preferences
WhatsApp, email providers, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok apply their own terms and privacy practices when you use their links or embedded content. With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and page usage. Analytics remains disabled if you choose to continue without accepting it. Your choice and language preference are stored in the browser’s local storage and can be changed through “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
Operational WhatsApp messages
The athlete or family can optionally agree to operational WhatsApp messages about the request. This choice is unchecked by default, is included in the request, and is separate from parent or guardian authorization. The website does not send automatic WhatsApp messages.
